Warranty Claim Submission Instructions

To file a warranty claim, please complete and submit the form below. Claims must be filed within 60 days following the completion of the service work. Incomplete submissions may delay processing, so ensure all required fields are filled out accurately. Once your claim is submitted, you will receive a reference number that you can use to track the status of your claim.

Claim Processing Time
Please allow up to 7 business days for a warranty specialist to review and process your claim. Note that if you are an installer partner, we may request additional documentation to verify and complete your claim.

Prerequisites for Filing a Claim
Before submitting your claim, confirm that the following steps have been completed:

The homeowner’s warranty has been registered.
All service work has been performed and completed.
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) has been filed, if applicable (e.g., for component or panel failures).
The relevant work order has been finalized.
