FAQ

By aligning and obtaining your
residential rooftop solar system from one of our highly vetted installation
partners. We are happy to refer you to an authorized local installer in your area
who can offer you our product.

A solar panel manufacturer’s factory warranty only covers their solar panels. It does not cover your solar system’s entirety. These warranties are meant to protect you from repairs that might come up due to design problems or issues with your panels at the factory level only. They do not cover anything else. This renders nearly every manufacturer’s warranty protection offering completely useless since rarely ever is a system failure due solely to panel non-performance.

If something goes wrong with your solar panels while they are under warranty, typically you will be expected to direct your claim to your original Solar Company … Your original Solar Company will then alert their Solar Installer who must then reach out to their Solar Distributor to take the matter up with the Solar Panel Manufacturer.

Any issues arising from wiring, connectors, inverters, faulty workmanship, electrical or electronic defects of every sort, roof issues caused by your system or all other components features of your solar system. Note: If your Solar Company or Solar Installer goes out of business, trying to get a Distributor to pursue a claim on your behalf with the Manufacturer is almost certain to be an extremely stressful undertaking. The simple truth is that they’re under no obligation to do so. For anyone with a PV Lifetime Warranty coverage attached to their system however, there’s nothing to worry about.

None whatsoever. Whether your system gives you a 60% offset or you’ve crossed the 100% mark and are at 135% offset, your system is covered no matter what your production level is at.
